                Introduction

Globalization and immigration have transformed today's business world. Many organizations are looking for solutions to improve communication between the established corporate culture and the new multicultural workforce.

The International Institute of New Jersey (IINJ) helps organizations and businesses deal with the ever-changing work environment by developing programs that:

  • Improve communication among employees
  • Implement productive muticultural teams
  • Reduce the incidence of cultural conflicts

All trainings are:

  • Developed collaboratively to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Designed to be interactive through the use of discussions, exercises and simulations

Cultural Competency Training
As the diversity of the workplace increases, so does the need for better communication skills within a cultural context. These seminars will raise cultural awareness and help companies bridge the culture gap.

Culture Specific Seminars
Customized seminars are designed for employees and managers that are preparing for overseas assignments, managing multicultural teams, or interacting with international counterparts. During these trainings participants will learn from country specialists cultural values, communication patterns, and business etiquette of that region.

Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution
Many conflicts are a result of misconceptions that are rooted in preconceived expectations. In this seminar we explore the concepts of dispute resolution, and provide vital strategies to address and prevent cultural conflicts.
